How long does it take for my business listing to appear on the Business Directory after its been submitted?

Generally just a few days at the most. Certainly, if you think it has been missed, simply submit a ticket to the help desk.

How can I make a change to my existing business listing?

To make a change to your existing listing, like a new phone number or email address, simply submit a ticket with the new desired information to the help desk  (department = IT Ministry; category = Business Directory).
